ok, here I go:

1. neophyte. I’m afraid we don’t have a network of gaming sites.
It sounds like a good idea having this, right now we don’t have the time to invest in it.
So a new player is of course someone new to our casino/poker/bingo room.

BTW, what is your username in our program?

2. Professor.
Again, the time issue is the obstacle here.
If we will be a certified partner in your excellent forum, but won’t be monitoring it and answering aff, what good have we done?
Right now we focus on helping affiliates on a personal basis, rather than on a forum.
You have my word that being a real partner in your forum is an objective for us, and will happen soon.
Also, pls tell me where you saw “hundreds of their own portals”. If I can show it to my boss, I may very well get a raise ;-)
And I do post here! I’m looking for Aleks P. – playerswire, and have asked here not so long ago if anyone knows where he is.
3. Dom, why like this? You know me well enough to approach me directly with anything that even slightly bothers you.
The reason people are sometimes mistaken into thinking we have our own network, is that there are some affiliates with whom we have such close ties, it is difficult to see where the affiliate ends and the aff program begins and vise versa. This is the kind of relationship we inspire to have with all of our affiliates, and frankly, quite proud of it.

Thanks,
