Thanks, this is what I am talking about. I may have just been spoiled by partypoker.com. That was my first affiliate program and they sent me an entire package of cd’s, flyers, and business cards. They even threw in a hat 
The cd’s with that we can burn with our affiliate code is a great start and even better would be if the service offered cd lables and business cards templates that we could download and print out.
