well I don’t argue that there are some t&c which are outrageous; but why on earth do the casinos need to be one of the places to have these outrageous terms.
Spear; I’m quite surprised you take that attitude; most of the players are still coming from the US; and probably a lot more would play if they weren’t told that they’d have their accounts frozen (I assume this is only a possibilty since we’d surely have heard more US players complain about not getting paid) if they were playing from a country where it is illegal to do so;
And my point is; if they are going to pay these players anyway; why would you include in your terms that you weren’t going to pay them?
It just seems rather silly to me.
And to excuse it just because everybody else is doing it is not good business.
If you want to see your business grow; you don’t (most of all) advertise that you won’t do something that you know people are going to want; and then turn around and do it anyway.
Its totally senseless.
