I think you will find that if you read the terms and conditions in all software you’ll be put off. Especially file sharing programs like Kazaa. Heck, one day I read a few paragraphs of the Microsoft T&C and I shocked at what I was “agreeing” to.
That’s why the T&C’s are usually out of the way or on another page so most people just skip through them and click on the “I agree” button.
If you want to play at a casino without wagering requirements, register a account, e-mail support asking to have all bonuses taken out of your account and all wagering requirements void. Tell them that until this is done you will not deposit any money. That gets the message accross very quick. Keep a copy of the e-mails too, one casino once tried to enforce wagering requirments without giving me the bonus!
