I used to claim a bonus on at least half of my deposits, mostly Microgaming. I’m a slots player, so for the most part it was okay for me. But I have become so dead set against bonuses now, that I am doing the opposite of what I used to do. I deposit now at just my regular casinos and don’t claim any bonuses. I am finding that it is just better to play your deposit and that’s it. At least if you do manage to win, you can cash out (hopefully!). I’m with Mike, the most important thing to me now is superior customer service/support, and it seems like it’s getting harder to find every day. I want to know that if I have a question, or problem, that I can send an email, and have a response within a decent timeframe. To me, that would be two hours, not much more. These places that take days to answer, or in some cases, never answer your query, man they make me steamed. And those are the casinos that I will not ever advertise nor promote on my site.
