yes I agree and if the numbers are there and they claim good retention …. the profits should likewise be there.

Just isnt the case … the example I gave above was based on an average of just 15 r+j (registrations and joins) over a two year period …. thats a very small number yielding 360 players.

I have seen an average of about 52 (r+j) over the last 2 years so my player base is decent and growing, BUT my ROI is not growing.

So I ask what percentage of that player base is acceptable for retention?
