Well my experience is much like Arks; in that I have leveled off in commissions earned despite have always been a loyal CR aff and sending them …. I’d say the bulk of my traffic over the last 4 or 5 years.
My player base has got to be much bigger than it is anywhere else; but I too cannot seem to climb out of the rut; so to speak.
This has caused me to move CR over to what i’d call my second or third best positions in the last 18 months ; and i’ve been rewarded (no pun intended) for the decision.
Having said that; I am more inclined lately to think it is for lack of properly trained customer support agents whom (I’ll loosely quote Fergie once again)
because to the player, since the only interaction they have is with support agents; TO THE PLAYER; THEY ARE THE CASINO

Now here is a question for you Garth that you could clear up for me that I’ve wondered a long time; but never remembered to ask Brent; (plus I feared the answer)
but pretending a problem isn’t there; never is the answer; so here’s the question:
If I send a player to Virtual city; and that player then a month later; goes and signs at BJB, do I get credit for the second signup?
If the answer is no; then it explains a lot.
