I have been thinking about that a lot – I think Vegas and the world can coexist just fine. They can certainly coexist on my sites.
Some of the current casinos may not qualify for certification – I think there will be some rigid standards.
That’s ok though, they can try to comply or not. There are a lot of rogues existing now – I am sure they will continue to exist.
The positive is that regulation will add to customer confidence and make things better for all.
