Greetings to the Casino Affiliate Members who seem to read my emails one after the other by the way; I could sue you for that, Eric, hope you realize it.

At this stage if you want to go elsewhere and promote other casinos, please do so: you’ve never brought us good traffic nor good players, and cost us a lot of time and effort getting back to you. As a reward, all you did was posting private discussions on forum(s), which I find other than unprofessional, completely rude.

I don’t like this tone, not from affiliates and not from programs.

CAP has always tried to keep everything professional and without mud slinging. It is what characterizes CAP as a professional board.

We try to solve things here, not just complain. And we like friendly resolutuions. Perhaps there is a bit of over reaction here on both parts.

Today’s small affiliates who care about what is happening with their traffic are tomorrow’s big affiliates. They may not post with perfect business etiquette and they may not be big producers, but what is needed is positive suggestions to help growth and friendliness.

Gareth’s mail was helpful up to the last post. Maybe CAP needs to think about whether it is a good idea to allow posting of email messages – if they are really illegal to post. If so, we need a policy.

It also brings up the issue then of posting emails that announce changes programs make – that certainly should be allowed as it is useful to all.

Gareth, it would be nice if you spent some time at CAP reading general posts and interacting with affiliates. We encourage that. It makes for better relations and cooperation. Hostility is really not the norm here.
