I just thought that I would jump right in here. I believe that the poker room you are referring to is UltimateBet.
I wanted to let you know that we have discussed this with UltimateBet when it was brought to our attention a week or so ago and they have a number of people looking into this right now and should have some resolution soon.
UltimateBet had did some stats about a year ago and they did look at the time between download and signup and found that it was incredibly rare that someone would go to the site and then go back again at another time to sign up, at the time they thought that the number would be so small that it would be downloaded the game.
f&p, Professor, Fergie – this is just the perspective that we need to make this change happen.
