Really, to me the combination of my passport (and they asked for an extra clear picture of me) my utility bill and my neteller containing name and both numbers as this will show) is total craziness to send over the internet.
Never mind the screenshot of a transaction.
That is my personal opinion though, I know people do it every day.
The win should be moved back into my account – as I am not withdrawing it obviously.
It very definitely should not be deducted from Arkyt’s account and removed from my account but not paid out. Absolutely not. That is what really got me to cry foul. If they don’t pay it out, they have no right to deduct it.
