As if there aren’t already enough people involved in this thread, I’ll jump in to make two points that I think have been confused here:
1) The request was not for a screenshot of the deposit, but instead for a screenshot of the Neteller account, showing the account number and name. Still pointless, but not as impossible as a screenshot of the deposit, which no player would have. Somewhere along the line of this thread, the one item morphed into the other.
2) With the exception of the Neteller screenshot, this is a very typical requirement to fax ID. I’ve done it countless times. It’s unfortunate, and it’s one of the reasons that we affiliates aren’t making a lot more money, but at the current time, it’s the standard. Any player who has played at more than 3 or 4 casinos has had to deal with this process. For Dominique to cry foul over what is a pretty typical security process seems counterproductive. If you want the cash, ya gotta meet the requirements. If I had received that request, a fax would have been on the way within ten minutes.
Having made those points, please don’t assume I’m on the CasinoRewards bandwagon here. There’s plenty of stink left in this deal! We’ll start with the delay in bonus processing, the still-unanswered details of whether all the stats registered, and the completely unjustifiable sharing of affiliate stats with a third party.
