#1 I dont think there was a leak. I believe Brent put two and two together and the instant he knew Doms player account # he knew which affiliate it was associated with. It didnt take a leak to do that. According to Brent he doesnt visit CAP. I am not sure that I believe that, but one thing IS for sure, that piece of shit never bothers to post here. I doubt that he would have caught a post that was up for only a few minutes. I am not saying there wasn’t mention of the testing, but I dont believe anyone specifically leaked this thread to Brent.
Re-Read Brents letter that Dom posted and its clear hes RESPONDING to her concerns. He didnt suddenly contact her out of the blue. So I tend to believe thats how he got involved at this level. I think Dom contacted him because she was concerned and wanted to let him know the casino was putting up unfair requirements to make a withdrawel. I dont think she was trying to create fricition for arkyt. I personally agree with her that asking for screen captures of Neteller deposits is absurd and NO REAL PLAYERS would have those. So I can see why she was concerned.
#2 Brent had NO BUSINESS showing an affiliates stats to anyone other then that affiliate. PERIOD. UP AND SHUT CASE.
#3 I still am fuzzy about wether the second deposit was ever credited to Arkyts account. Arkyt did you see a 2nd deposit in your stats? Dom did Brent explain what happened to the 2nd deposit?
#4 The whole purpose of testing is to uncover any possible flaws in the system. Apparently this test did that to some extent. Lets not fight with each other. The way it was handled was probably not to everyones satisfaction, but lets not get carried away and beat the testers or testees up.
#5 If you do a test then you have to do it discretely and follow all terms and conditions. If a casino requires ID to cash out and you have a problem producing ID then you have two choices. DONT TEST or if you do test then DONT CASH OUT. Because that wasnt being observed in this test we have additional layers of uneeded confusion. While I dont think a casino should debit an affiliate until funds are paid out, I can see that in their managements eyes the withdrawel was requested and is still in process pending verification by the player.
