It’s Yukon and I payed neteller and tried to cashout neteller.

And do you guys keep screenshots of all your neteller purchases? Do you think the average player takes screenshots of them and keeps them around? That is plain ridiculous. I know the passport and utility bill are common in many online casinos, although I will never send them out. Well, I guess if I win a cool million I will – I suppose I have my price too. tongue2.gif I was also specifically told that if my picture was fuzzy I had to provide a better one.

Brent’s explanation:

Now for the cashin part of your email. You purchased with Neteller and had your withdrawal setting set so that you would receive you money through neteller. now neteller is a lot less risky for us, but there are still some risks associated with it.

Click2Pay all ready does take the merchant’s chargeback level with them into account so neteller is thinking of doing the same so if we can keep chargeback’s and fraud levels low on our Neteller account we will get a lower rate. right now it is a flat rate and chargeback’s/fraud are all covered by neteller but they are having high levels of fraud in some cases and want the casinos to be more vigilant so they are hopefully going to start to reward casinos that keep their neteller fraud low. So our fraud department put in the procedures to make sure our neteller fraud is low so we can get the lower rate. Furthermore it is in our contract with neteller that we have to keep fraud procedures in place or else they can pass on the chargeback/fraud costs.

Re. the bonus: there is a pop that comes up when you sign into the casino. I did get one that said that I had $50 credit at casino rewards and to click here to cashin. When you clicked it said: no credits available. So much for that. Brent says in his letter that I got my bonus within two hours – it got into my account after two days. I was never able to get it out of that CR pop – but it magically jumped into my account after two days. I had contacted support 4 times about this – using the messaging facility inside the casino. I never received a reply.

Brent’s version:

now for the bonus part. if i look at your first purchase it was a 7/16/2004 4:01:02 PM now looking at your casino rewards players account (this is where all bonuses are credited) the history shows:
Date Account No. VIP Pts Bonus VIP Pts Spent Chips Given

7/29/2004 2:03:00 AM vygr06058280 2000

7/17/2004 5:09:00 PM vygr06058280 5000 $50.00

7/16/2004 5:43:00 PM vygr06058280 5000

so you purchased at 4:01 PM and the bonus was ready for you to convert into casino chips at 5:43 PM Just under the 2 hours that was promised.

Also i noticed that through our player retention efforts we noticed you had not played in a while so we gave you $20 which is waiting in your casino rewards account on the 29th to try and get you back playing.

The explanation of why only one of my deposits was credited is interesting. I checked though and Brent was correct – I only deposited $50 the first time. I think Arkyt had asked me to deposit that. Sorry, I thought it was $100 – a more likely deposit for me. The stats do match – except of course there was no withdrawal so no loss to the casino.

looking at your account first let me go over the issue of the stats not showing up. the stats in the affiliate program have nothing really to do with deposits or cashins. the only thing that deposit deal with are joins. a join is when a player hits above $100 in total purchases and only occurs once per player. so if join a casino purchase $50 day one there will be no joins in the stats, but if i then purchase another $50 two weeks later a join will show up on that date, but if i then go and purchase $100 the next day a join will not show up. a join only shows up once per player and on the date they exceed $99 in total purchases. next looking at your play these are the stats i have

now looking at the affiliates stats here is what the program shows
date clicks downloads registrations joins profit to casino amount earned

07/17/2004 1 0 0 0 $58.80 $20.58
07/18/2004 0 0 0 0 $20.25 $7.09
07/19/2004 0 0 0 0 $20.80 $7.28
07/20/2004 0 0 0 1 -$212.50 -$74.38
07/21/2004 0 0 0 0 -$689.25 -$241.24

the column headers did not survive the cut and paste i did to match up perfectly but you can see they got a join on the 20th which is when you purchased your second $100, your first purchase was $50 to get the bonus, thus not showing a join. also note that all times above are GMT. beyond that the affiliate stats match up perfectly with your play.

As for why Arkyt gets money deducted from his account even though I didn’t receive payment and the money was even taken from my player account and sits in cyberland now:

the next issue is the negative stats showing on the affiliates account, well as shown above the aff stats don’t work on purchases or cashins, they work on profit to the casino as defined as amount bet – amount paid out so you won around 800 so that is what is showed. on the books to the casino they still have a liability for that 800 as soon as you go through the fraud procedures it will be paid out to you, but we cannot tell that you will never do that or etc. it is a liability on the books and based on the equation the affiliates stats works on shows that.

Well, that is so much BS to me.

There is absolutely no reason why they can’t wait to charge Arkyt until after they pay the money out. And I made it very clear, twice, that I would never send in those documents.

Brent went through a lot of trouble putting this together, with copies of emails and everything. I have always gotten along well with Brent despite some previous irregularities. This has done nothing to restore my faith in CR.
