Nothing wrong with the concept – so long as the players knew up front that they are going to be participating in a test. Then the exchange of data requirement would also be known upfront.

This would require involvement by the casinos, but Id think players could be attracted by offering free $$$$ to gamble with (much more than a $10 NDR) then require them to answer your questionnaires e.g. record transaction data that would be beneficial to a variety of entities. Of course the play through requirements would have to be stiffer on these testing accounts to prevent abuse. Either that or you would have to allow no winnings off of the deposit but rather pay them a % of their winnings if any. A plan that would definitely need a lot of ironing …
