Well, nobody had ever seen a Neteller merchant besides the casinos.
But it’s been just fine – however I dont keep money there (nor prepaidATM), because there is no guarantee that they wont disappear tomorrow, and then whacha gonna do, sue them?
I use them to get my commission and the withdraw using the next day FedEx 
and keep the money under the mattress 😎
