Like everyone else, I agree that the terms should be honored. (Lifetime means lifetime).
As for webmaster promotions. I think the best promotions for newbies and high earning webmasters alike are the per player bounty promotions that many other programs are using lately.
For example, for every new player you get, you get an extra $50/CPA on top of the normal revenue you earn (or something like that). No reason to make it a contest, because 99% of the webmasters don’t even care about those anyway (at least I don’t).
As mentioned before, punishment for no new players is not the way to go. If a webmaster stops promoting Referback, it’s because other programs are doing better (There are tons of MGS programs out there now). If Referback wants to keep affiliates and get the old ones to keep sending players, then the emphasis has to be on conversion rates and player value. That’s the bottom line.
Personally, I do OK with Referback and think it’s a solid program.
