I am going to continue with my plan – to increase exposure for referback.
I don’t like the policy change, and 20% is for the birds. But Referback is an honest program, their crossmarketing is excellent, their retention is excellent, and I would rather have 20% of someone’s play than nothing because they were not retained.
Referback still offers the best retention.
More than half of the other programs can’t even begin to compete on that level.
People have had players there for years.
If I feel taken advantage of by this new policy at any time, I will make noise.
