Well if the player contacted you about his/her loss Id obtain their account number and do a follow up with Brent. I’m certain that if a discrepancy does exist some excuse will be found for the error.

Though if the player were a close contact / reliable friend I’d have to consider the lower amount a sign of tampering! Next month I plan on running test for several programs and will surely be reporting on any erroneous tracking!
