Yep, the US goverment just made it a lot easier for the average gambler to get screwed. Now a surfer has no choice but to go to a random casino that happens to be listed high in search results. Th4se casinos can be open one day and gone the next. With no way to advertise, there’s no way for companies to indicate to players which casinos are reputable and vice versa.
