any link acount, I just place one of the FREE link exchange managment tools on the site (like link swapper http://www.link-swapper.com ) and let it sit there , people request link at it and it checks the recipocal links automaticly, I do nothing and get links (and give libnks back) it is a great tool if you have one site but it is a must if you have multiple both in term of time involved in managing links and also money (since it is free)
