Some reasons for no payment can be:-
1) Incorrect details when you signed up as an affiliate. This is the biggest reason, such as wrong email addresses, billing addresses etc.
2) Banned players, your players have charged back or commissions have been held for a reason, and this is always explained to the affiliate in question so I do not think this is the case.
3) $100 min. affiliate payment has not been reached.
