Yahoo in the past was the worst company when it came to customer relations. Talking or emailing anyone there was like talking to a 13 year old, this was especially true when it came to forking over money. While overture was never quite as bad they were far from the best.
These two companies merging into one, with the market share that they have is not a good thing. The service is bound to get worse. On a good note we can be relieved that they wont be making any more money off of us.
Now let’s see if I can get a refund for my deposit from last week…. that should be a good laugh.
