The police in Vancouver, Canada raided a spammer’s house. I believe they relieved him of his computer equiment and arrested him. Apparently he sent out millions or billions of advertising spam.
Does anyone know the legalities in Belgium? As far as I know, it’s illegal just about everywhere to attack other’s computers with viruses or trojans and stuff like that.
And it looks to me like there’s enough evidence of his activities to make charges stick.
He must have his own server, or he’d be out of business already.
