I think this is great. Everyone is discussing what can make Casino Coins improve. Like everyone here I have been sending less and less traffic over the years, since no one seems to deposit or remain loyal.
Thank you for fixing the cd problem. But what it boils down to, and what affiliates take into consideration before all is how much money a casino earns them. Right now Casino Coins went from my top performing to one of the worst performing networks i promote. The bottom line is how can things be improved. I sent 300 or some hits this month and have zero players. This is unacceptable. Any other casino that I promote would have averaged me 5 or more players. So right now it’s a losing proposition for me to send traffic to the Casino Coins properties.
I really want to improve my performance with Casino Coins, but before doing that I need to see some numbers to prove to me that it’s worth my time. I had a blast meeting everyone is Las Vegas, and it was dissapointing that I could not afford sending you enough traffic shortly after, it seemed like my traffic was not converting.
I have noticed that the casinos all experienced makeovers lately, and they all look great. I think that these are the best designs since the year 2000. Some of the prior designs looked scammy, while these look elegant and professional. Now pretending I’m a newbie, who has never tried an online casino, there’s something about all of your casinos that would frighten me.
When I visit Caribbean Gold, in the title it reads that the casino was established in 1998. yet on the logo it states that the casino has been trusted since 1997. From a newbie point of view this is conflicting information and would take away any trust. I realize that you’re probably talking about english harbour properties been trusted since 1997, but someone new would not know this.
But the biggest thing, is that there’s no about us page. If there is, the page isn’t easy enough to locate. If I’m going to be depositing $1000 somewhere, I want to know that my money will be safe, and who i’m dealing with. There should be an about us page stating where the casino is licensed, where it’s located, who operates the casino, maybe even a picture of a customer service rep, anything would be better than nothing.
I went to visit English Harbour and I encountered the same lack of information.
Something else that players might be frightened by. If you click on the antigua and barbuda logo on english harbour website the following message pops up:
‘This is not a valid preferential seal. This company is not licensed by the Directoriale of Offshore Gaming in Antigua and Barbuda’ that is not a very welcoming message. If I read that i would never return to your website, or to the casino directory that recommended your website. That message is basically stating that the website is scam, and that you’re crooks posing as a valid casino.
Sorry if I sound harsh. I think there’s room for improvement. I noticed this from looking around your website for 10 minutes or less. I imagine that most players who decide where to gamble make a decision in even less time.
Thank you for taking the time to listen to our suggestions.
