This is a good question, are we talking about magazines/newspapers or Billboards?
Casino On Net , Pacific Poker and The Gaming Club frequently advertise on billboards in London.
The London Underground is a very popular destination for casino advertisers.
I have also seen casino’s advertise in daily newspapers such as the Metro.
If your target audience is commuters (city workers) then you could try advertising in the Metro. This is a well read free newspaper that is distributed at Railway stations in the morning.
