The good news is that the above group of sites in Yahoo, using the same sort of redirect, were in Google in December (I think it was December) but then they were all removed a couple weeks later. That poker tournament site, as you noticed, uses a different, apparently more clever redirect. Once Google becomes aware of the tactic, which I assume they have but submitting spam report wouldn’t hurt, then this redirect style will also be removed…. and the redirect folks will look for the next tactic that will temporarily work.
