The program will be similar to those webmaster banner rotation systems and if anything atleast just as easy to install and use. The main idea that is the core of the program is that the link for the banner or text link only changes if the linkstate of the site is it trying to connect to is affected. That way if there are any descrepencies instead of connecting to a link that might send a user into a black hole it will go to the link engine find a link with greater integrity and instead re-direct the user to that link. I would like to include a criteria mark for the program as well that will allow the webmaster to tweak the quality of connection they are willing to send traffic to. That way we can create a benchmark and say “ok well I only want traffic to go to sites that are operating above this particular connection level. If the connection is inbetween mid to high then send traffic if it is’nt find one that is. This way we are always sending our users to sites that will be speedy and serve our traffic with the fastest downloads and quickest game play.
