Your point about Vegas is an interesting one. This is one of the few areas where land-based casinos can be as clueless as online ones. I have many friends who are unwelcome at several Vegas properties, but I also know some of them well enough to know they should be sending a limo to the airport to pick them up instead of showing them the door.
