that does suck! you know why? because it costs us a small fortune to get any kind of real depositing player signed up; and out of those, what, 1 in 30 is a whale; maybe 1 in 100, I don’t know, but the point is that the whales make us the real money. I’d take 3 whales over a hundred “grab bag” players any day of the week.
they tend to stay a while; play large amounts of money which if you’re real lucky like me last year; you’ll get that whale to win big on the 29th and with Casino Rewards and their zero balance terms, I did very well the following month as that player lost all his big wins back, and then a little to boot.
anyway, it sounds like this guy is a true player. To have things end up the way they did is absolutely rediculous!
Vegas would have the employee that did that player like that: beaten and then fired.
And saddest is; these are management decisions. I mean come on; you want to play power games; do it on somebody else’s $200, not mine! cause now days that’s what it costs to get a player, and that’s if you know how to shop. *I’m not talking bonus hunters and penny slot players; those come cheaper.
what are these places thinking? at least give me the chance to pay for the bonus out of my own damn pocket before they go doing to me like they did BJI .
Hey BJI, I ask you; would you have shelled out the $100 (or likely less) …. whatever the cost of the bonus; so you could keep this player as things were before?
I’m betting yes. But even if you say no; wasn’t it nice to be able to decide what happens to your hard earned players before I so casually told him/her to go to hell?
I’ve had this arguement with RB. Running off players over a $7 difference when it costs me 15 times that to get that player signed up. (player was me, I started a second account but accepted no bonus, in fact, I intentionally did not deposit enough to be eligible for any bonus). And then I wrote support and told them.
next thing I know, the account is locked, and though willing to move me back to my original account; in order to get the remaining $7 I had left from that night’s deposit, they wanted me to go find some kind of data …blah blah blah
well any thinking man is going to say to himself; I can waste 20 min trying to figure out this new area or I can spend the next 10 min downloading a different casino, deposit $25 and get $100 (at allslots)
now how do you think that player, who deposited knowing he wouldn’t get a bonus; is going to spend the next 20 min? digging for a lousy $7 and then being so happy with the casino; continue playing there?
Or you suppose he’s gonna take the other deal and download another casino just like he did before? or go wading thru some data site which is unfamiliar to find $7?
this kind of stuff is rampant and outragious to say the least.
