the second; well the easiest way to avoid that pitfall in the case of an exclusive promo you are running; you should make it clear to participants that if they’ve ever signed up there before; that they are then not eligible.
I’m glad to see someone see how wrong the Casino Blasters program is and is not fair to the affiliate.
