Again once they’ve already downloaded and registered to that casino, they are yours for life. So if they want to participate in a promotion at another portal and had to deposit some money into a casino that they’ve already registered at, they should NOT be eligble for the contest. Your rules should state that they must OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT to qualify.
