Lawrence, unfortunately, is one of the biggest problems Referback has. He is a bullshitter. He doesn’t always answer support requests promptly, sometimes not at all. And he has no bloody clue what his own people are doing.
He is no longer my aff manager so it will not affect me – but I think you might do well to get a new one who at least listens to what is being said.
