I have no problem talking to affiliate managers on the phone. I can be tough to get ahold of, but once you catch me I am more then willing to chat.
My pet peave lately is Mortgage Companies. Anyone who has more then one property knows what this entails as I get called at least 6 times a day, every day by Mortgage companies who want to refinance me. It’s maddening as these guys manage to get around my call screening and privacy director and love to call when I am busy or eating.
