ACCENTS! LOL!
I have learned to talk a bit slower as us Aussies tend to run words together, but the worst experience was with an Indian rep who was calling several times a week. I swear I understood maybe 1 word in 10 and still cannot figure out why he kept calling.
He eventually gave up.
Even here currently in Florida I have a hard time at the supermarket checkout getting understood.
