Rex that is typical of cheap traffic campaigns widely sold to unsuspecting webmasters. The “visits” are CGI generated and not real viewers. I usually go on the war path when discussing these scams, so rather then get all worked up I will refer you to a previous post I did on this subject.

What kills me is the sellers are usually fellow webmasters and KNOW the traffic isn’t legit. You want to know how to prove this to yourself? Ask the person you bought this campaign from to supply a few URLs to where these supposed pop unders are running. Guess what they cant/wont give you any addresses and will return with the same bullshit story
“Gee in order to protect the privacy of our advertisers we dont release that info” or the equally famous story “Gee, I am actually just a reseller, I dont know where the pop ups are running or I would tell you”
