Firstly let me say VIP Profits was developed with the backing of a great team there at VIP Management Service and this helped in the development.

Certain affiliates like to know when they get a sale (depositing player) and for this reason the system was developed to notify them of this sale. Also weekly stats is a useful motivating factor and helpful guide to tell the affiliates how they are doing.

Personally the emailing of a depositing player is a good feature in my eyes and helps the affiliate keep track on their performance.

Developing great stats requires time and access to the database (which I assume you have since you use RTG?).

Should you choose to email the stats to players I strongly suggest you give the affiliates an opportunity to subscribe and unsubscribe and specify the frequency. Also DO NOT overdo it otherwise it will be a turnoff and not have the value it should have.

Checkout VIP Profits and the reporting section found under Banner and Copy to learn more. You will need to be a member and can signup by clicking here

Dean I have a question for you and that is when you developed Adriches did you develop the reporting in-house or use RTG’s reporting function. Also was it time consuming to build Adriches as I am working with a new RTG client as we speak and wondering how difficult it will be to develop in-house stats instead of using RTG’s.

Dean feel free to msn me (simoneaton at hotmail.com)
