Then I received no response as they said they would. So wrote and asked whats up.. Got this response.

It is of our best interest to serve you.
I promise that Stefano or myself will keep you posted, it is just you would not accept – and I can understand that pretty well – to receive some emails with vague explanations, wouldn’t you agree ?
