Google and Teoma/Ask rely on it a lot. AlltheWeb/FAST a bit less so, and AltaVista a bit less than that. Only Inktomi doesn’t pay much attention, and they have horrible results partly because of that. Since Google is most everywhere now, that is the main thing.
