This poll is too loaded towards flash banners being good … didnt see any “flash sucks I dont use it” or “no- asking visitors to load software scares them away”
Antoine is correct – I would rather stick with a nicely designed ani-gif they can be easily tracked, and users do not have to have any addon software installed to see them.
As Spearmaster has noticed – the “pretty” banners may attrack a few additional hits, but the conversions are apparently no better.
