I talked to the casino owner a moment ago on the phone, he said would overide the rtg/casino manager decision …. If it has not went through by tomorrow PM me and I will remind him of what he has told me. When a win goes through on a RTG casino the RTG progressive manager is the first line of decision makers and the casino owner may not even know that someone has hit yet untill he reviews stats. So do not bum out yet ….
