I’m hoping that this notion is absolutley false.
It undermines the whole notion of “fair” compensation.
The bottom line is – “All affiliates should be paid what they are owed” regardless of how they perform.
Top performers should get a big bonus.
The rest of us should have faith that all is fair and square and we will be duly compensated.
Any affiliate managers want to comment?
