Hi Professor,
This case is closed and the payment processor which is a third party and does not belong to us did screw up, and she did have a right to be angry.
Since then Prism came down on the payment processor heavily and this lady was compensated and the issue was closed.
I will get an official statement posted of what went on from Prism Casino.
