I have to say that I have no knowledge of cyberthrill whatsoever.
I do however know about GrandVirtual, and from what I know, that 3 year old report may or may not have been true, but they do now operate honestly. Payments are sent out (or was anyway before December 2002) and I dont think there are any serious things to worry about there.
