I’ve had a chance to review everyone’s comments on the revisions Brightshare made to these terms.
Although I felt initially as though we were making positive progress (based on the limited discussions we could have with their management during the holiday week in Israel), I agree with the overall sentiment here that the real issue is how these changes were communicated to affiliates.
I am undecided if “all hope is lost” here. While I know there were serious accusations made by the former program director about Brightshare’s overall ethics, these guys could be making a genuine mistake and are trying to rectify it, but again I am not sure of that either yet.
We have the opportunity to find the right outcome here or we can decide on a permanent ban of Brightshare at CAP.
Would love everyone’s thoughts.
Thanks,
Warren
