grattag, due to the language barrier I suggest you contact a reputable gaming lawyer in your country who could cooperate with a local partner in South Africa. Alternatively you might try to contact a gaming lawyer in S.A. and ask if he has partners in France. I figure this will not be cheap but it might be worth a try if FL owes you a substantial amount for these players.
You may also contact ecogra but I would not expect much from them.
Edit: Before contacting any lawyer I still suggest checking the South African register of companies to assure the affiliate program is officially located in that country.
