While this issue was fixed quickly, the issue regarding logging out still remains unfixed.
How to replicate the issue:
- Log-in into your FA account
- Click the log-out link
Doing so produces a 500 error and the page is populated with debug code.
Been like this since late December 2012. Would be good if this was fixed too!
