Jared, email me at [email protected] with the issue. Sarah left in November last year which may be a reason for her not getting back to you. The last email I got from you was on December 12th 2012 which was replied to. If you are waiting on an answer for something and it has been overlooked I do apologise and if you drop me an email with what is outstanding I will check into that for you as soon as possible. Please just bear in mind that I am currently on the catch up and follow up after attending LAC.
