There a lots of unlikely scenarios in this world but in this industry we’ve all seen these turn into distinct possibilities and it’s always the afffiliate who loses out!
Do they though? In your quote from me you miss out the most important part…
Even if All Star Slots was advertised on the resulting site – which they’re not.
So with All Star not being advertised and your player left to go to that site and to come back again they couldn’t by the affiliate link from that site…there isn’t one. They don’t promote All Star Slots which means that the player is still tagged to you.

You take umbrage over not being informed about this thread but obvious no one informed your affiliates about the link in dispute. But of course that’s different, right :sarcasm:
Are you saying we should have opened up our negotiations with the previous owners with affiliates when we purchased All Star Slots and AffiliateEdge???
As i said Dave, we had no option with the link on All Star, it’s part of the contract that came with it when we purchased it and looking at your account it will not affect you as you do not promote it either, nor do you promote any of our other casinos that contain no external footer links.
