I’m flattered by your comments, appreciate them greatly, thank you. But seriously, I’m nothing special.
When I started way back everyone helped everyone.
I guess we were all learning back then and the industry was still very much in its infancy.
I even recall when Dom started.
She’d come to the GPWA and ask newbie question, lol. Well, Dom’s come a long way since then and has given so much to the industry since. One person I remember well, was known as “The Captain” Alan (RIP), he was gentleman and always willing to help anyone who asked for it.
While it was in some ways akin to the “Wild West”, the camaraderie between affiliates was very strong. In most cases we had each others back. In all honesty I miss that. But life goes on. And progress, good, bad or indifferent is always changing.
